Hi, I’m Natasha. I'm the founder of Roar & Rapport, leadership coach, trainer, communicator, and lifelong learner. I work with leaders who want more confidence, more connection, and a bigger, braver roar.
Where I've come from and what I've learned along the way...
After six years running a coaching and training business - and 20+ years in corporate life, I’ve learned one thing: people are brilliantly complex, endlessly fascinating, and far more resourceful than they realise.
I bring together big‑company experience, operational leadership, and a deep love of coaching to help you understand yourself and others, and lead in a way that actually works with other humans.
You already have the answers – I just help you find them, trust them, and use them.

Why Roar & Rapport?
I believe relationships are the driving force of our working lives. They shape our success, our happiness, and how we perform, yet we rarely give them the attention they deserve.
That’s where Roar & Rapport comes in.
I help people find their roar – their confidence, their voice, how they want to show up – and build rapport – the trust, connection, and relationships that make us more effective and give us greater impact.
Whatever field we work in, so much of our impact comes down to how effectively we connect with others and how clearly we communicate
Why I do what I do
I’ve spent 20+ years in global corporate life (including a long Paris chapter), leading comms, navigating matrix organisations, switching between English and French, and learning how people really tick. For the past six years, I’ve supported leaders as they navigate their own challenges – helping them build confidence and create stronger connections at work.
I specialise in leadership, communication, and the messy, magical world of human relationships at work. I’m especially passionate about supporting women in male-dominated environments to find their voice, trust their judgement, and lead in a way that feels true to who they are.
Coaching with me is a partnership, practical, focussed and human. It’s a privilege to be invited into someone’s world and to walk alongside them as they explore, reflect, and make change in their life.
And when I’m not doing that? I’m mum to a teenager and two fur babies, including my very lively dog (Bear), and explorer of new corners of the world with my partner.

My Certifications:
Credentials and accreditations aren’t compulsory to call yourself a coach. But for me, they’re important. They signal my commitment to continuous professional learning and development, and a consistent practice of coaching.
